School Nurse 1:1

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing services for an elementary student in the Birdsboro/Douglassville, PA area. This position begins in late August.

Full-Time School Year Opportunity

• 37.5 hours per week
• 7.5-hour school days
• Bus pickup approximately 7:35 AM
• Bus drop-off approximately 3:10 PM
• Paid transportation time included

Student Needs

The nurse will provide support for an elementary student with:

• Diabetes
• Seizure monitoring (occassional seizures)
• Autism Spectrum Disorder

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care throughout the school day.
• Monitor the student's medical condition and respond appropriately to health concerns.
• Assist with diabetes-related care and seizure observation.
• Ride the school bus with the student to and from school.
• Communicate with school staff, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain required nursing records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN License required.
• Previous pediatric, school nursing, or special needs experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and build rapport with students and families.
• Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail.
