School Nurse LPN 1:1 – complex medical needs

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex student in a school setting in Fleetwood, PA. This is a full-time position for the remainder of the current school year, with services continuing through ESY (Extended School Year) and a strong opportunity to extend into the next school year for the right fit.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time: approximately 37.5–40 hours per week

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Bus ride required: Nurse will accompany the student from home to school and back each day

• Transportation time is fully paid

• Approximate schedule: 7:40 AM pickup – 3:00 PM drop-off

• Immediate start available

Student Care Needs Include:

• Seizure monitoring

• G-tube care

• Cerebral palsy support

• Incontinence care

• Non-verbal communication support

• Complex medical needs (including d-bifunctional disease)

• Wheelchair assistance

• Manual transfers required (two-person assist)

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license

• Experience with pediatric and/or medically complex patients preferred

• Comfortable with mobility support and hands-on care

• Ability to obtain/maintain required PA Clearances
