Summary:
We are hiring a School Psychologist to support a high school in Spanaway, WA. This Monday-Friday, full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students access academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
Location: Spanaway, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time | School Hours | Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations

Present findings and recommendations in IEP meetings
-
Support MTSS implementation and Tier 1-3 intervention planning
-
Conduct FBAs and assist in Behavior Intervention Plans
-
Provide short-term counseling, crisis response, and safety planning
-
Partner with families, teachers, counselors, and administrators
-
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA timelines
Qualifications
-
Valid WA ESA School Psychologist certification
-
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology
-
School-based experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and collaboration skills
