School Nurse RN 1:1

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable 1:1 School Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to a student in a school-based setting in Milford, NH. This position plays a vital role in supporting the student’s health, safety, and access to learning throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to a student during school hours

• Implement and follow the student’s individualized healthcare plan (IHP)

• Monitor health status and respond to medical needs as they arise

• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire

• Previous school or pediatric experience preferred

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school team

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• School-based, 1:1 assignment

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule aligned with the school calendar
