Summary:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals and student needs.

  • Collaborate with general education staff to implement accommodations and modifications.

  • Support students in both small-group and inclusion settings.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform instructional decisions.

  • Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

  • Active NH Special Education certification.

  • Knowledge of IEP development and compliance procedures.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
