Special Education Teacher

BlueCloud Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-year position in Claremont, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative and student-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

• Provide direct instruction and academic interventions in inclusive and resource classroom settings.

• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to promote student success.

• Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals, adjusting instruction and supports as needed.

• Utilize differentiated instruction and data-driven strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

• Active New Hampshire Special Education certification (or eligibility).

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred.
