Speech-Language Pathologist for Elementary

We’re seeking a full-time, school-year SLP to serve in a renowned Scranton, PA school district. In this role, you’ll offer speech-language intervention, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educational stakeholders to foster student success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will administer speech and language screenings and comprehensive evaluations, design IEP-driven intervention plans, provide direct therapy (individual and small group), participate in team meetings, and monitor student progress to ensure measurable outcomes. You’ll also work alongside classroom teachers and support staff to tailor strategies that foster student communication in daily school activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE school certification

• Preferred: previous experience working in schools

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
